'No. 173 High Street, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire: An analysis of a thirteenth-century urban timber-framed building in Vernacular Architecture Vol 38, 2007, pp.48-57 (with A. Gibson & M. Dunn)
A remarkable C13th survival in the centre of the town. It was misinterpreted initially as a small shop, but following careful analysis of the fabric, I was able to demonstrate it was a partially surviving cross-wing to a former aisled hall.
